PropensityScore.point_logps(point=None, round_vals=2, **kwargs)#

Compute the log probability of point for all random variables in the model.

Parameters:

point (Point, optional) – Point to be evaluated. If None, then model.initial_point is used.
round_vals (int, default 2) – Number of decimals to round log-probabilities.
arguments (Other keyword) – Any other keyword argument are sent provided to compile_fn()

Returns:

log_probability_of_point – Log probability of point.
